We use this data to enhance the recruitment process and continuously improve our service.

During phone conversations and face-to-face interviews, we may gather information about your employment preferences, salary expectations, and work history, which will be stored as part of your personal record to support your job search and facilitate candidate short-listing. Talent Agri will not share your information or CV with any third party without your explicit consent.

Regarding Job Alerts
We may occasionally contact candidates stored in our database who are not actively seeking a new role. By providing consent to store your personal data, you also agree that we may reach out if a role specifically matches your career aspirations or if we seek your help in sourcing a candidate based on your knowledge, experience, network, or location.

Due to the nature of executive recruitment, many candidates reconnect with us periodically, sometimes years after a placement. For this reason, your consent includes permission for us to retain your details until you request their deletion from our database or until you opt out of further engagement.

If you contact one of our consultants directly to discuss your job search or a specific role, you consent to Talent Agri processing your email and the information it contains for lawful purposes.

Our primary purpose in using your information is to maintain a business relationship with you, whether you use our website as a client or candidate.

Additionally, we may retain data to fulfill contractual obligations with clients. This ensures that contractual arrangements run smoothly and allows us to provide you with the best possible service. We store client details (and update them when necessary) in our database, enabling us to keep accurate records of communications and meetings to provide targeted services and process data for relevant marketing campaigns. In some cases, we may use personal data to help us establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

If you do not consent to Talent Agri storing your personal data or creating a personal registration, please do not submit your CV for any roles advertised on our website.

Candidate Promise

We will always confirm with our candidates before submitting any personal details or CV to a third party. We will only share personal information with the approved company or individual.

Request to Amend Personal Data

Over time, your employment history may require updating. Talent Agri will update your registration within two weeks of receiving an updated CV.

Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal information. Once we verify your identity, Talent Agri will provide the requested information within 30 days.

If you discover any inaccuracies in the personal data stored by Talent Agri, please inform us immediately. We will amend your registration within two weeks.

Request to Remove or Delete Personal Data

Upon receiving a request to delete an individual’s registration, Talent Agri will ensure deletion within 30 days.

Where Talent Agri has placed or submitted a candidate for a role, we are required to retain evidence to meet contractual obligations with the client. However, we will ensure that only minimal personal data is retained.

If you wish to be erased from Talent Agri’s secure Recruitment Database, please contact info@talentagri.co.uk and specify that you wish to be erased completely.

Notification of Breaches

We understand our responsibility to protect your information and only share it with third parties with your explicit consent. All systems are protected, and only Talent Agri employees and our CRM provider can access stored personal information.

In the unlikely event of a system compromise or potential confidentiality breach, we will inform you and take all necessary action to restore security.
